What the check asks about
It starts with the role you hold for each system, provider or deployer or both, how your AI activity reaches the EU, and whether any of the prohibited practices could be in play.
From there it works through general-purpose AI models, the Annex III areas, and AI used as a safety component in a regulated product under Annex I. The last few questions cover the Article 50 transparency triggers, your sector, your size and what you already have running.
