AI Governance CheckExit

What the check covers

Your answers settle whether Article 2 catches you, then sort your duties into the ones that apply now and the Annex III and Annex I high-risk obligations that Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 deferred to December 2027 and August 2028.

What it can't decide

The check works from the answers you give, so it can't decide every legal edge case or replace advice on a specific system, contract or use of AI, and its result is not a certification.

What the check asks

Each question says which part of the Act it tests. A UK-only answer closes several of them off.
